SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in text messaging programs offered by EZ Plumbing (“EZ Plumbing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from EZ Plumbing, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Program Description
EZ Plumbing sends text messages to customers who have opted in to receive them. Message content may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Technician arrival notifications and service updates
- Estimates, invoices, and account notifications
- Follow-up messages after service
- Marketing and promotional messages, such as seasonal offers, specials, and sales
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with EZ Plumbing. You may receive messages tied to a specific service appointment (such as reminders and updates) as well as occasional promotional messages. Message frequency is not fixed.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. EZ Plumbing does not charge for text messages, but standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to each message sent or received. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your specific plan.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving text messages from EZ Plumbing, reply STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive from us. After you send one of these keywords, we will send a final confirmation message and will not send you any further messages. If you want to rejoin the program, sign up again using our contact or booking form.

Supported Carriers
Our messaging program is supported by all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to our SMS program, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder of the mobile phone number you provide, or that you have the account holder’s permission to enroll that number.
Changes to These Terms
EZ Plumbing reserves the right to modify or terminate these SMS Terms and the SMS program at any time, with or without notice. Your continued enrollment in the program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
