Emergency Call in Tarzana
On June 19, 2026, our team responded to an emergency call in Tarzana to assess and complete underground parking garage plumbing work. Upon arrival, we found a large-diameter black pipe distribution system—approximately 4 to 6 inches—suspended from the concrete ceiling structure via metal U-bolt clamps, threaded rod hangers, and adjustable support brackets. The main line ran longitudinally across the garage with multiple connection points, accompanied by white PVC drainage and vent piping sections routed parallel to the primary distribution.
Our inspection revealed that all components were newly installed or recently placed, with no visible corrosion, leaks, or damage present. The support infrastructure showed consistent spacing in line with code requirements, and proper slope and pitch were evident throughout the main line routing. White plastic junction boxes and access points were positioned strategically along the main line for future maintenance access.
The installation work demonstrated professional execution with organized routing and clean assembly. LED fixtures had been installed throughout the space, confirming the system had progressed to the rough-in phase and was ready for pressure testing. All visible piping connections appeared secure and properly supported, with no gaps or misalignments in the installation.
The parking garage plumbing system is now in working order and prepared for the next phase of the project. For future emergency plumbing needs in Tarzana, our team remains available to provide the same level of professional service and attention to detail.
