Clogged Toilet in Sun Valley

On May 18, 2026, our team responded to a clogged toilet in Sun Valley. Upon inspection, we found a Kohler toilet tank with a 1.28 GPF flush capacity. The tank interior was clean with no visible sediment or corrosion, indicating good overall condition.

The toilet’s fill valve assembly and flush valve assembly were both present and appeared functional. The red float cup mechanism showed recent installation or replacement, marked with part number 2850111. The tank-to-bowl gasket area and supply line connection at the lower left were secure and properly positioned. All porcelain surfaces were free of cracks, chips, or damage.

We cleared the clog and verified that all internal tank components—the integral overflow tube, fill valve, and flush valve mechanisms—were properly seated and operating correctly. The toilet was tested and confirmed to be functioning as designed. The caution label and QR code for product information remained intact on the tank.

The toilet is now ready for normal use. The Kohler tank and its components are in good working order, and no additional repairs were needed at this time. If you have questions about your toilet’s operation or maintenance, the product information accessible via the QR code on the tank provides detailed specifications and care guidelines.
