Boiler in Los Angeles

Our technician arrived in Los Angeles on June 30, 2026, to service a boiler system. Upon inspection, the work focused on the electrical control connections that manage boiler operation.

The terminal block assembly showed multi-conductor electrical cable with properly color-coded wires—black, white, and red—inserted into white plastic connector blocks. Each wire was cleanly stripped and seated into its terminal position with no visible corrosion, damage, or exposed copper. The connections met standard electrical conventions and were secure throughout the assembly.

The technician verified cable routing and confirmed minimal slack in the line runs. A green indicator light on the control housing was functional, confirming the electrical circuit integrity. The black metal mounting surface provided stable support for the entire assembly, and all components were properly positioned to allow for future access and maintenance.

Upon completion, the boiler’s control system was operational and ready for service. All electrical terminations were sound, connections were tight, and the system showed no signs of wear or improper installation. The work was documented photographically to confirm completion and provide a record of the system’s condition.
