Boiler in La Puente

On July 8, 2026, our team completed a service visit to a La Puente residence to inspect and evaluate the home’s boiler system and related plumbing fixtures.

The bathroom inspection revealed a two-piece toilet in structurally sound condition, with proper bowl seating and a functional fill mechanism confirmed by water present in the bowl. The white porcelain fixture showed no signs of leaks or damage. The bathtub and shower enclosure appeared intact, with caulking and sealing in good condition. Flooring throughout the space consists of vinyl plank with a wood-grain pattern in a brown tone.

During the service visit, evidence of recent cleaning activity was noted, including a Clorox All-Purpose Cleaner bottle positioned on the bathtub rim. The floor showed visible moisture and white residue spots, consistent with recent cleaning procedures and inspection work. Water spots on the vinyl plank flooring indicated exposure to moisture, though no active leaks were detected at the time of the visit.

All accessible plumbing components were inspected and found to be in serviceable condition. The toilet’s accessibility and the overall integrity of bathroom fixtures support continued normal use. No structural damage or immediate repairs were required based on the visual inspection performed. The property’s plumbing infrastructure was documented and assessed as part of the comprehensive service evaluation.
