Boiler in Inglewood
On May 28, 2026, our team completed a water heater installation at the Inglewood property. The job involved setting up a Raynak Model WH-2002CX non-automatic circulating tank water heater (Serial #2106525538), a high-capacity unit rated for 1,999,000 BTU/hr input and 2,013 GPH recovery. The equipment is certified to CSA/ANSI standards and complies with ASHRAE 90.1-2016 and SCAQMD Rule 1146.2 requirements.
The installation featured properly configured plumbing connections throughout. Red and yellow color-coded insulated inlet and outlet piping were run to the tank, with a flex connector and compression fitting securing the outlet line. A pressure relief valve assembly was mounted on the tank body, and a drain valve with hex nut fitting was positioned at the tank base for maintenance access. All connections were inspected and confirmed secure with no visible leaks or corrosion present.
The unit was mounted on a green support bracket platform with adequate clearance maintained per nameplate specifications. Insulation wrapping on the supply lines remained intact, and the installation configuration met all compliance requirements. The water heater is now operational and ready for service, with all certifications and labeling documentation in place.
The equipment shows normal weathering consistent with outdoor installation conditions, but all metal components and connections are sound. This high-efficiency system provides reliable hot water recovery for the property’s needs.
