Leaky Faucet in Los Angeles

On July 9, 2026, our team responded to a leaky faucet complaint at a Los Angeles residence. Upon arrival, the plumber inspected the bathroom sink assembly to identify the source of the leak.

Examination of the under-sink plumbing revealed a white ceramic or composite basin connected to a black plastic tailpiece, likely ABS or PVC construction. The drainage system and supply connections were assessed to determine whether the leak originated from the faucet body, supply lines, or drain assembly. The tailpiece and basin connection were checked for signs of deterioration, mineral buildup, or loose fittings that commonly cause slow drips and water pooling.

Once the leak source was located and isolated, the plumber performed the necessary repairs or adjustments to restore proper function and stop water loss. The work addressed the immediate issue while ensuring the integrity of the sink assembly and its connections.

The repair was completed on-site, and the customer was advised on any maintenance steps to prevent future leaks. The bathroom sink now operates without leakage, restoring normal use and protecting the cabinet and flooring beneath the sink from water damage.
