Clogged Drain in Sun Valley

On June 30, 2026, our team arrived in Sun Valley to address a reported clogged drain. Upon inspection, we found mineral deposits and sediment buildup throughout the system, visible as white residue on the terracotta tile flooring and across the white PVC piping with compression fittings. The wet conditions and splatter patterns indicated the drain was backed up and required immediate attention.

We assembled a pressure testing and flushing setup using a portable blue pump unit paired with a metal pulley system and ball valve adjustment mechanism for precise control. This configuration allowed us to circulate water through the affected lines and dislodge the accumulated debris. The compression fitting assemblies were inspected and confirmed to be secure throughout the process.

After running the system through multiple flushing cycles, water flow was restored and the drain cleared completely. The wet flooring and equipment wear patterns documented in our photos show the extent of the work required. All components were tested under pressure to ensure proper operation and prevent future blockages in this section.

The system is now functioning normally. We recommend regular drain cleaning maintenance in Sun Valley to prevent mineral and sediment accumulation, particularly in areas with harder water. Should you notice any changes in drainage speed or water pressure, contact us promptly.
