Pipe Leak in West Hollywood

On June 15, 2026, our team responded to a reported pipe leak at a West Hollywood facility. Upon arrival, we conducted a comprehensive inspection of the overhead plumbing infrastructure, which included multiple diameter copper and steel piping runs secured with clamps and mounting hardware throughout the ceiling system.

The inspection revealed significant corrosion and oxidation on exposed metal pipes, consistent with extended service life in the facility. We documented the condition of the corroded piping, electrical conduit runs, and metal cable trays supporting the distribution systems. The concrete substrate showed staining patterns typical of historical moisture exposure in the area.

Our assessment identified the source of the active leak within the corroded metal pipe network. We performed necessary repairs to isolate and resolve the water loss, ensuring the integrity of the overhead distribution lines and preventing further damage to the facility’s structural elements and electrical systems.

Following completion of the repair work, we verified the integrity of all modified connections and confirmed that water service had been restored without leakage. The corroded piping sections were treated to prevent accelerated oxidation, and all clamps and support hardware were inspected and secured. The customer was advised of the condition of the broader overhead system and provided with recommendations for future maintenance to prevent similar issues.
